Happy WOYWW!
I can't believe it's Wednesday again, this week has flown by. So before I share my desk with you all, please feel free to join in or have a nose at some more desks. Click here to swing by the stamping ground to join in.

You have all been so lovely and excited about my grimoire project so I shall share some more of the progress with you.

So this first pic is the mess I've left my desk in after crafting most of Tuesday. I've got tuck spots and pockets made from vintage book pages. They have all been distressed with oxide inks. My new tonic glue stick that goes on purple and dried clear. Really enjoying using it so far, works well for pocket making.

Here is a pile of ephemera/pockets and envelopes that will be going into my grimoire eventually. Do you like my flower pot on the far left? Hehehe

More mess!!! The pens I'm using to write in different fonts.

Grimoire so far. The pile on the right is pages with writing on. The left pile are decorated but without writing, I've got lots to do.

      I haven't got the newest release of colours....yet. Hehe! Yup my cute little flower pot. I was using it yesterday to collect flower cuttings I made from out garden, I press flowers :) xx

    My goodness, there is an awful lot of work on display in that last photograph. Did you ever write down the actual hours you spent on getting so far? And I gather there is more to come.     It feels like Christmas is coming with the excitement of waiting for it's completion but it will really be worth the wait. Loving all those papers, i've not tried the spectrum noir pens would you recommend them??

    Lots of gorgeous projects on your desk, Ellie, and beautiful colours too. Thank you for your visit and your lovley comment - I certainly have been busy lately (too busy actually, hence the late reply!). Today I am utterly exhausted and managed to have a rest this p.m. So glad you enjoyed the picture of our little Trolley Dollies!     I apologize for visiting so late. My slow internet that my provider can’t seem to help me with, along with a visit from three young people has culminated with a cough, chills, sweats, and sore throat that my friends believe is the flu. This may seem like a cop-out, but I believe in visiting everyone, or I shouldn’t be playing. I appreciate you understanding.

    I had to enlarge the images twice to finally see that flower pot. It made me laugh, then cough. I want that T!M thing that ruffles pages. Of course I love the book page pockets. Happy very belated WOYWW from # 4.

 Good Morning Friends Happy WOYWW! So today, my desk is a tad empty. Yesterday there was no room to move as I had finished the advent swap envelopes.  So I had a trip to Bristol so popped into Hobbycraft to grab a few things, one being this pack on pretty coloured cardstock. I have also been playing with some more acrylic pouring, this was a dirty pour using the left over paint I had from making a gift. I use the spotty paper cups to pour the paint. I just wanted to apologise that I do take a few days to catch up, on reading your lovely blogs. I hope you don't mind as I like to relax with a cuppa and have a read of a few each day. Hello Everyone! Today I have spent the morning sanding drawers for my advent calendar. Lots of dust and sandpaper. See more desks at the stamping ground, click here. Sharing my work desk for the first time today, a lovely friend, Sarah (www.sarahscraftshed.co.uk) told me about it and I was very excited to take part. If anyone else would like to join in head over to the link I posted above and get involved every Wednesday. On yesterday's blog I posted a photo of a background I had created using distress inks, I decided to make something using this colourful piece today. To start I cut the watercolour card in half so I could create two toppers or mixed media pieces. Happy Wednesday ! My second time posting for WOYWW and I am really enjoying myself, if you want to take part pop over to this pace. Its great fun seeing each others desks and crafty mess haha. This is my desk, a mess I know hehe! Okay, so working left to right on the first picture. Lots of ribbon on the left and a little jar of metal embellishments, a tub of bows, stick pins, mdf butterflies, a round box covered with vintage style tissue paper, small flowers and gems. Lastly on the right is adhesive glitter paper. This is a closer view, with all the goodies on my desk I decorated the box lid. So now I start being crafty if you would like to see the step by step, please read on. So to begin, I ripped some of the glitter adhesive paper into strips and stuck them randomly on the box. Next I cut some pieces of different ribbon and folded them in half. I then stuck the cut ends to the lid. I did this to add dimension to my arrangement. Then I chose th
