A few tiny makes from my coloured images

Sorry about not blogging yesterday, I didn't have any time to craft unfortunately.
So this evening I used some of the coloured image I shared recently to make small toppers, these can also be used as tags. Both stamped images are by Clarity stamps.


So to start both of the example off, I fussy cut the stamped images. Next I used distress ink on the toadstool image and artistry ink on the owl image. I used a blending tool to apply the inks to a white piece of card. I stuck the images using Cosmic shimmer acrylic glue. To complete the toadstool image I added nuvo drops and ran a pink pen around the edges. To complete the owl design, I die cut a stitched circle by lawn fawn from the inked background. Next flicked water at the inked circle and blotted with kitchen roll. This lifts the ink leaving a splattered effect. I then adhered my owl and drew a branch using ink and a paintbrush.

 Good Morning Friends Happy WOYWW! So today, my desk is a tad empty. Yesterday there was no room to move as I had finished the advent swap envelopes.  So I had a trip to Bristol so popped into Hobbycraft to grab a few things, one being this pack on pretty coloured cardstock. I have also been playing with some more acrylic pouring, this was a dirty pour using the left over paint I had from making a gift. I use the spotty paper cups to pour the paint. I just wanted to apologise that I do take a few days to catch up, on reading your lovely blogs. I hope you don't mind as I like to relax with a cuppa and have a read of a few each day. Hello Everyone! Today I have spent the morning sanding drawers for my advent calendar. Lots of dust and sandpaper. See more desks at the stamping ground, click here. Happy Wednesday ! My second time posting for WOYWW and I am really enjoying myself, if you want to take part pop over to this pace. Its great fun seeing each others desks and crafty mess haha. This is my desk, a mess I know hehe! Okay, so working left to right on the first picture. Lots of ribbon on the left and a little jar of metal embellishments, a tub of bows, stick pins, mdf butterflies, a round box covered with vintage style tissue paper, small flowers and gems. Lastly on the right is adhesive glitter paper. This is a closer view, with all the goodies on my desk I decorated the box lid.
