WOYWW - 598 - Christmas

 Good Morning lovely crafty friends,

So, oh yeah my desk, from left to right, comp screen remote, pop paperclip off my planner, my pupper keeps pulling it off.
My planner underneath the stack , then lots of Christmas stamps. The other day I stamped a load and coloured them, these still need to be stamped so were dumped on my planner. Finally on the right is my cuppa. At the top you can see a webcam and some Pebeo paint, I came home to find my other half using said paint, shocked doesn't cover it.
Not much going on to be honest, still working. Although last night was interesting, my OH just finished eating his tea and decided to play with the pupper while I finished mine. Lyrax got so excited he leapt into the air, landed on me, which smashed my dinner plate and threw my tea all over the floor. Well...I didn't expect that ahahah!!

    Yes, You're right, a good idea to get out all Christmas stamps and start stamping! (I'm so behind) I have a wacom, I've been away from the crafting world for so long I'd forgotten how to use it! but it's slowly coming back, I redo my digis with it. It's a life saver!     So what was your OH using the Pebeo for then, that’s the important question!! That would be like discovering my hubby using the sewing machine! Shame about your plate but also your dinner, bet the dog was happy though, lol!

    Happy WOYWW and I think this is the first time I have visited your blog? Loving the selection of stamps on your desk. I will have to read back through your blog posts to see if you feature more of your planner. I don't have a paper planner at the moment (was spending too much on stickers etc, so went purely to digital about 18 months ago), but still like to admire other people's! Having your tea ruined by lively puppy must have been a shock. We just have an elderly cat now, but she does try to get close to plates if we ever eat meals in the living room. Ali x #25

    Lyrax is an interesting name for you pup, is it a person or character you admire? And what was Oh doing with your paint? It will prolly take you ages to recover from that shock! You’ve got some nice Christmas stamps there, bet your cards will be awesome.

 Good Morning Friends Happy WOYWW! So today, my desk is a tad empty. Yesterday there was no room to move as I had finished the advent swap envelopes.  So I had a trip to Bristol so popped into Hobbycraft to grab a few things, one being this pack on pretty coloured cardstock. I have also been playing with some more acrylic pouring, this was a dirty pour using the left over paint I had from making a gift. I use the spotty paper cups to pour the paint. I just wanted to apologise that I do take a few days to catch up, on reading your lovely blogs. I hope you don't mind as I like to relax with a cuppa and have a read of a few each day. Hello Everyone! Today I have spent the morning sanding drawers for my advent calendar. Lots of dust and sandpaper. See more desks at the stamping ground, click here. Sharing my work desk for the first time today, a lovely friend, Sarah (www.sarahscraftshed.co.uk) told me about it and I was very excited to take part. On yesterday's blog I posted a photo of a background I had created using distress inks, I decided to make something using this colourful piece today. To start I cut the watercolour card in half so I could create two toppers or mixed media pieces. Happy Wednesday ! My second time posting for WOYWW and I am really enjoying myself, if you want to take part pop over to this pace. Its great fun seeing each others desks and crafty mess haha. This is my desk, a mess I know hehe! Okay, so working left to right on the first picture. Lots of ribbon on the left and a little jar of metal embellishments, a tub of bows, stick pins, mdf butterflies, a round box covered with vintage style tissue paper, small flowers and gems. Lastly on the right is adhesive glitter paper. This is a closer view, with all the goodies on my desk I decorated the box lid. So now I start being crafty if you would like to see the step by step, please read on. So to begin, I ripped some of the glitter adhesive paper into strips and stuck them randomly on the box.
